Our Terms & Conditions of Hire

  • It is the responsibility of the client to verify that the dates, times and addresses are correct on the confirmation booking form
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid
  • The full outstanding balance must be paid 28 days prior to booking
  • If a booking is cancelled by the customer within 48 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies will be non-refundable
  • If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable
  • Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out with our control
  • The driver will drive at a safe and sensible speed in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits
  • No smoking, eating or drinking is permitted in the vehicle
  • Clients are responsible for any internal or external damage being caused to the vehicle by the hirer, the hirer’s guests or any other party. The client will be liable and billed accordingly for the repair or valeting required in order to reinstate the vehicle to full working order
  • Palladium Executive Hire and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passengers who are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s)
  • Palladium Executive Hire is fully insured for passengers and third party claims. However, customers property is carried entirely at their own risk and Palladium Executive Hire shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property
  • Palladium Executive Hire will keep a lost property book at their office and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) to the customer
  • Our chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless instructed by the customer at the time of booking
  • No physical, verbal or mental abuse to be given to the chauffeur
  • If there are any changes or variations including extra time to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of the booking, the client will be charged extra in accordance with our pricing structure
  • Overtime will be charged at our standard rate depending on the type of car hired
  • In the event of (for any reason) the vehicle agreed with the client being unavailable on the day, the proprietor reserves the right to substitute a comparable vehicle provided that the proprietor shall give notice of such event as soon as possible, whereupon the client will have the option to withdraw from this agreement and will have the right to a refund of any sums paid to the settlement of any claims against the proprietor
  • The maximum number of passengers to be carried at any one time is 4 passengers in our saloon cars and 7 passengers in our people carriers
  • In the event of a breach of this agreement on the part of the proprietor, it is agreed that the liability of the proprietor shall not exceed the fee save where such limitation is not permitted by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977
  • Bookings are accepted only on the condition that the hirer understands and accepts the above terms and conditions. These come into effect upon payment of the deposit
  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • Cancellation of a wedding will result in loss of 100% of the deposit with immediate effect on booking (No exceptions) and complete loss of balance 30 days before the date of the hire
